it says pet fee $50 1-4 nights $75 for 5+ nights. Made my reservation online and the fact that there is a pet fee is somewhat hidden under special requests.

The unprofessional conduct of the manager created an unwelcoming and stressful environment. In short, my stay here was a complete disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. when she was the main aggressor in this situation. Tina even ended up calling the police to have this parent removed from the hotel. Even the hotel staff apologized repeatedly to our group AFTER Tina left. I witnessed her speaking disrespectfully to the parent in front of other guests and the kids, creating an uncomfortable and unpleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Tina's behavior towards 1 of the parents in our group (we are traveling AAU team with about 10 kids plus parents and coaches) was unprofessional and inappropriate. The main issue that plagued my stay was the unprofessional behavior of the hotel's manager (Tina), which severely impacted my ability to enjoy my time there. I recently had the misfortune of staying at Home2 Suites, and my experience was far from satisfactory.
